MEG & DIA-ROSES Live (2012)
I found this vid of MaD performing Roses at an acoustic set in LA (one of the last “Red” headlining shows). I can’t believe they did this song for an encore!

END OF THE LINE | SLEIGH BELLS
This was the 2nd song they did on SNL last night. I really like the studio recorded version. As for the SNL performance, it was aight. But, I’m still deathly exited for “Reign Of Terror” (out Tuesday). I tend to like it when Sleigh Bells slows their stuff down and can’t wait to hear the other stuff on the album!

ORIGINAL BEAT
Here is a brand new beat I made. I call it “Seventeen” because the guitar riff is a sample from an old Meg and Dia song “The New Seventeen”. I made it on Ableton Live and it’s kinda bassy/down tone-y with some strings, piano, and saw synth to add life to it. I sampled the drums from a number of songs and I hope you like it!

So, Kanye is giving us an original behind the scenes webseries of the Watch The Throne tour. It’s not like just any ordinary behind the scenes documentary (mostly because Kanye West is making it) in the way that we also get to see what kind of life Kanye has and how he wants it to effect the world. I’m definitely exited about this (except for the fact that you have to PAY for the videos) and I have posted the first webisode up top (which is free).
